The cell EL automatic sorting machine is a solar cell chip automatic detection and sorting device developed by the principle of electroluminescence. By automatically detecting and sorting out solar cell sheets users can understand the material defects and process defects of solar cells. The system is applied to the terminal of chip production to realize terminal defect detection and is an important and effective product shipment detection device. The whole machine is divided into two parts the front end is the detection part and the back end is the sorting and receiving end which can reduce the interference of human factors on the sorting uncertainty help the user to control the product quality and reduce the cost.
The equipment detection module uses a high-performance camera and lens to ensure the detection effect from the hardware. The detection algorithm was developed in-house and verified by a large number of cells. Regularly visible defects can be detected. If you encounter new process defects you can develop and optimize the collected defects to facilitate software upgrades.

1. The mechanical part
1) The device is suitable for battery size (see equipment parameters).
