Component EL Appearance Machine
The EL-AI all-in-one machine adopts a 12-focus high-definition image system on the component EL and appearance detection and collects images in three times. The dual-HD 4K displays are separately displayed which is convenient for personnel to observe and detect.

In terms of image quality the quality of EL image is better than the "Technical Specification for Photoelectric Luminous Defect Tester for Photovoltaic Modules" which is referred to as SEMI standard A which can achieve a resolution of 0.35mm/pixel; the appearance detection adopts a single camera of 10 million pixels single format The appearance of the component can reach hundreds of millions of pixels and it can quickly identify foreign objects of 2mm or more and can partially enlarge and identify foreign objects below 2mm.
In the transmission speed the line sweeps the data the images are displayed in parallel and the test is tested at the same time. The working beat can be controlled at 28S.
In the design of the mechanism the regular module and the probe power-up module are equipped with handle adjustments which can quickly change the size components. The surface of the conveyor belt is covered with a protective layer of flocking cloth which does not scratch the assembly. The stop mechanism adopts the upper split spiral blocking operation mode without scraping the assembly and the brave gear bar operates accurately and does not affect the photographing field of the lower CCD.
