Pin sleeve detection software
Automobile engine cylinder pin sleeve detection software is the ThinkEyes series software developed by our company (Suzhou Giant Image Inspection Technology Co. Ltd.) referred to as ThinkEyes_PinHole.
The visual part is a whole placed on the robot arm. The robot controls the front rear left and right movements above the workpiece. For each position moved a pin sleeve image is taken and the pin sleeve press-in value is measured. A workpiece needs to be taken 11 times.
The automobile engine cylinder pin bushing detection software utilizes the automobile engine cylinder detecting device developed by the external force deformation principle of the pin bushing. The high-sensitivity industrial camera can detect whether the workpiece has a pin bushing whether the pin bushing is deformed and the pin bushing depth is accurate. The value can help the user to accurately grasp the press-in state of the cylinder pin sleeve. The equipment can be applied to the press processing process of the machining industry to realize defect detection. It is an important and effective product process monitoring and testing equipment.
The device consists of a set of specialized image optics and high-sensitivity camera modules that provide the user with product quality testing during press-fitting of the pin bushing into the cylinder.
